Vitality TK Health offers convenient telemedicine services for prescription refills, urgent care visits, and sick visits, ensuring you get the medical attention you need from the comfort of your home. However, it’s important to note that certain services are not available through telehealth, including prescriptions or refills for controlled substances or narcotics.
Important Information on Telemedicine Services
- No controlled substance/narcotic prescriptions
- Refill is at the discretion of the provider
- You must be currently taking the medication
- Last refill must have been within the past 3 months, and this will be confirmed with your pharmacy
- We do not accept health insurance, payment is due before services take place.
